Friday - 5K Run
Saturday - 9:15 Spin Class Virtual Ride through NH followed by Fitness Yoga
Sunday - 5K Run
Track all Food!
Tonight: Going to grocery store will make homemade pizza for the boys and buy myself a piece of fish.
Breakfast scrambled eggs w/ apple sausage and toast/coffee or sausage/egg/cheese sammy
Lunch: Chicken salad (sandwich or on salad depends on my mood!)
Dinner: I'm going to a BBQ at night - bring frozen Turkey Burger and Sandwich Round. This will be my splurge night so I can have a few beers. I will drink lots of water w/ my beer though.
Breakfast: Homemade low fat pancakes or spinach/cheese omelet w/ toast
Lunch: Chicken Salad
Dinner: Steak on the Grill, buy zuccini/summer squash and maybe some corn on the cob
If this works I'm going to upgrade my "three things to four" :
1. Track Food
3. Positive Thinking
4. Plan my weekends
Because I seem to get way off track on the weekends. I tried above to be flexible with my food choices, but have a plan so I can stay on track. this gives me room to see what I "feel" like eating at that moment.
