Today in the paper, there was an article about fasting. It was an experiment with rats. They gave them all the same fat and calories in their food and one group could eat anytime 24/7 and the other group had to eat what they wanted in 8 hours. They both ate the same amount, but the ones that had to fast for 14 hours lost weight!! I ate nothing last night (before I read this!) and woke up one pound down. I think this is a good way to get what you want every so often! By 5:30, I was just thinking only a few hours and I won't feel a thing! I was soon asleep( 9:00 PM) !
For example, no food after 3pm. Eat your dinner then and the next morning around 7-9AM Eat Breakfast!!! Hope this helps motivate somebody!
Sometimes you want to see something on the scale, you know, like Move Already!!!!
