Wishing I had a heart rate monitor and down another 2.4 lbs!!!

Down another 2.4 lbs for a total of 3.8 this week so far!

For those who don't know me this is by no means a matter of "starving" myself LOL! I work and play very hard and anytime I pick up my healthy eating habits instead of junk food-ing my way through the day I get a huge drop right away... It will go for a short while longer probably then stabilize again to 1 or 2 lbs a week. As a matter of fact I had a whole 12" thin crust, roasted garlic and 3 cheese pizza for dinner last night as well as 3 other "healthy" meals and a small bowl of ice cream for desert... I also did work around the farm and horseback riding for 8 hours NOT counting the breaks or slow points of the day...

I'd love to have a heart rate monitor to see how much I really do burn in a day!!! Maybe that will be a reward soon...

Anyway my "something for me" of the day is to allow myself a day off today. I'm fighting a cold bug right now and don't really feel up to much anyway and have a back log of paperwork to do so after doing my basic chores this morning (2 hours feeding, cleaning and caring for the horse herd) I'm just relaxing with my computer until the kiddo gets home from school. It's just too bad my mom is roaming the house being irritated with me sitting on my tush making relaxing a bit of a challenge...

    Congrats on the weight loss. As for the HRM, I have one. I was so disappointed to see what I really burn as opposed to what the treadmill or eliptical said. But, I guess it is reality.
