I just got my Body Revolution kit!! WOOOOO I am so excited to try it out!! I'm going to start on Sunday plus I am going to my trainer once a week. I'm also looking into going into some group classes and get myself into a routine again. On top of that I am following this diet that the BR came with. AND I'm doing this challenge that Anton from Biggest Loser posted on Facebook about having NO fried foods, NO white flour and NO sugar.
Whew..... I hope with me working out practically everyday AND eating right I lose some sizes this summer!!
