ITS THE WEEKEND!

And what does that mean? CLOSER TO SUMMER! Ugh. Idk if this is a good or bad thing. I feel like I am really making progress but I dont think I will be at my goal by "summer". I think I am going to change my expectations and shoot for loosing a total of 20-25 pounds by August/September. I have a bestfriends wedding (maid of honor! I have to look good!) in april of 2013 so I have to for sure be in shape by then.
Weekends are literally my biggest struggle. I am a eat-out food fanatic and I will be the first to admit I love french fries and nachos. I have planned on going to the fresh farmers market here in my town on Sunday. So that is a little nice motivation to continue to eat well throughout the weekend.
Feels good to write these blogs. I am on my lunch break at my internship and felt like I needed some motivation. I got it! I have about 850 CALS to eat for the rest of the day/night. Had a good workout this morning and hope to get another one in (even if its just 25 mins) tonight/evening. Thats my goal for today-workout TONIGHT.
