Lots of Weddings :)

I have 2 weddings to go to this month and 2 next month. Very exciting of course, but always difficult to eat right and stick to my goals when you are on the go and don't have a lot of choice regarding your meals. I am trying to plan ahead by being slightly more strict on the weekdays so I can just kick back and enjoy the weekend wedding fun!

I am pretty happy with the progress I have made over the past year but still feeling self-conscious about the bridesmaid dress I need to wear tomorrow. I am not gonna let it get me down though, I think a positive attitude is a must!

    When faced with situations where I don't have a lot of healthy choices (or if I'm being bad) I'll look at what I would normally eat and then take half. I often find that the small amount is satisfying enough to curb my hunger/cravings and I've saved a bunch of calories. I also do what you do; very strict during the week, loosen up a little on the weekend...just don't go nuts and you'll be fine!
