So, I was kinda expecting it to not be great.. Not because I havent made an effort, but because the last time I actually put my weight in here, was followed by a couple of horrible weeks in which I was too ashamed to put the weight I had gained, then this was followed by a denial week in which I didnt weigh in at all, until finally by mid week this week, I decided to get serious and active.. so today, when I weighed in after the morning workout, I had 4 pounds more than the last time I put my weight in the website.. which was to be expected after the weeks that followed.. I could be discouraged, but I decided I wasnt going to be, and the first thing I did towards that end was to put the weight in the tracker instead of being in denial of what is really going on.. I think it helps.
Other than that I am just going to keep getting better and look forward to next week. Theres nowhere to go but up! (or down.. in this case :P)
