Healthy Life

I am working hard on a healthy life. I am walking a mile every day. This is huge since I have such bad knees. I am eating smaller portions and healthier choices. I am still craving sweets. It is a choice and I am proud I have done it for a month. emoticon

Keep going - day by day, month by month and before you realise it you will have been at it for 6month or a year and you will be reaping lots of healthy benefits from it!
