Until a few years ago, I despised green beans. Probably because I had only been "treated" to canned green beans - gross. Then one day, I was scrapbooking at a friends house and her daughter was an aspiring chef. I said what smells so good - the answer green beans. How could it be?
I had some and was forever changed. I think I ate them for a week straight.
My favorite go to Veggie Recipe:
Fresh Green Beans
Place on cookie sheet and drizzle with a little EVOO and sea salt and bake in oven.
She also made them on the stove top - just as yummy!
