Yesterday was tricky. I had a lot of cravings but yet was also under my calories at the end of the day. I know from past experiences that I do need to stay within my calorie range and not just call it good if I'm under by 300. So, I microwaved some veggies and beans (totally delicious) and had a LOT of water. Of course, now my bladder is reminding me that part of getting back into the swing of things is getting used to all of the "flow through."
Woke up this morning with a blazing migraine and decided not to fight it. Took the meds and now I'm a walking zombie. I love that zomig makes the migraine go away, but really don't like feeling like I have arthritis in every joint and that I'm processing thoughts a step and a half behind. Ah well. It will pass. Now, where's that water bottle?
