I am already losing weight and I'm only on day four. I've decided to stick to the original plan my dietician put me on. (1,200 calories daily and no more than 150 carbs daily) No more than 50 carbs per meal. When I was going to the gym I would work out for 2 hours at least. (I think I will be returning to the gym as I have major goals and need to hit them quickly) Don't get me wrong, I've already lost 2 pounds however, with proper diet and enough exercise the pounds will melt away faster. I know people say it's not healthy to lose more than that a week but if you're eating healthy and working out I don't get how that is bad at all.
