10 minute jump start video!

I tried this and omg!

I was feeling so good yesterday after finishing my short 10 minute workout video without stopping or reducing intensity that today I tried to switch it up a bit and came up with this one, even though I saw the jump bit.. lol well it got me! I didnt stop but I did had to reduce intensity a couple of times.. so now I will probably be obsessed with it until I can make it..

Has anyone else tried this video?? Care to share your experience??

I am packing my lunch today again, I think this is all looking very promising for me and getting better by the day.. I am really looking forward to this new life!

    I haven't tried the video, but glad you found something that you enjoy doing. There are so many different ways to get in some fitness minutes.

You're doing great, fitness minute wise and packing your lunch. Eating healthier and saving some money too, bonus!

I haven't done the videos, but those 10-minutes are excellent because it's usually easy to find at least 10 minutes in a day. One that is challenging you is pretty awesome; you'll feel that much more accomplished when you do it with ease!

    I'm still on the 10 minute kickboxing one. lol I keep marching when I have to drop my arms.
