17th May - Crampy Day

Friday, May 18, 2012

1st day of TOM so it was Active Rest Day. I did Quickies Strength in the morning and several Quickies Walk in the office, though I didn't keep track the walk as the walk was more to trying to keep myself move from the pain. If I sat too long, the pain felt much worse! And when I was in my seat, I pull my legs up towards my chest, do a little bit clamp-style sit in front of the computer LOL But in the end, I couldn't hold the cramp much longer in the full blast air-conditioning cubicle so I went back home, drop by to the clinic on my way to finally ask the doctor why I always have this cramp, why I always heavy flow (I should buy stock from the sanitary pad company LOL) and lots of whys related to my period. And I always wonder if why I love to eat meat is because I have to replenish the blood losses, hehe.

My workout:
1. Morning, 1-min
# Twist/Obliques, 3 reps

2. Morning to afternoon, 09:20 to 14:30, estimated 20-min
# Walk every 30-minute, got total 10 Quickies Walk. I estimated 1 Quickies Walk equals to 2-min for 2km/0.12 miles, the shortest time and distance length that I got so far. Probably got more than 20-min.

Total minute = 1 + 20 = 21-min

That maybe another beauty of the 1 minute walk, as your TOM prevents you from doing long strenuous exercises. You maybe on to something here. 10 quickies walk is impressive consider the circumstances.
