FOOD:
greek yogurt
whole wheat sunflower bagel
peanut butter
raspberry honey
salmon
fresh green beans
fresh pear
4 mini dark chocolate nuggets
homemade chicken noodle soup
banana
vanilla cone from mcdonalds

EXERCISE:
crossfit- ran 1 mile, 50 kettle bell swings
walked the dogs

Today was a lovely day. I feel like I pretty well corrected all of the errors I made yesterday. I ate the foods that I should and it really wasn't difficult at all. I avoided snacking on junk and I felt energized throughout the day. One thing I need to step up is my water intake. So I'll work on that tomorrow.
After I walked the dogs tonight I helped my friend plant her flower pots and it was super enjoyable. Nothing like a little garden to put your soul at peace. And lucky me this weekend I get to finish putting in the rest of my vegetable garden! Can't wait to have all that fresh produce.

Goals for Tomorrow:
1 drink 3 (44oz) cups of water
2 focus on getting in lots of fruits and veggies
