It has been told to me by my Specialist that when we have a heart problem of any kind we need to measure our water intake ..
The allowable intake of fluids should be no more that 1550 mils evenly spaced out over a day .
I myself, often exceed this and will have to cut back ..
We need to begin gentle exercise as soon as the Specialist says we can ..
My Specialist advised me that the use of a treadmill is the best was to start....
A gentle walk about three times a day is advisable .. and to stop immediately if you experience any pain or break out into a sweat .
Please be aware that is is my Specialist and My condition I am talking about ...
Some of you may have a different heart problem to me ... so always follow Your Specialist advice .
I have included a link to a website that will give you heaps of information .
But again, please be aware that we are all different and this may not be the correct information for you .
My Medication has been changed again as my B/P was to low ..
I think there is going to be a fair bit of changing medication going on to get me on the right dose .
I was also told to make sure I ate at least 5 to 7 small meals a day .. Not to have big meals as to process these large meals put immense strain on a heart .
Again I empathise: This is my heart we are talking about but could also affect you ..
These are questions you need to ask your Doctor /Specialist.
A lot of this information is not generally spoken about unless you ask the questions.
I need to know so I ask ..
Much love Susie
