I joined a gym today! I feel like maybe I'm stuck in a rut because you can really only get so much variety from dvd workouts. Even though I work out for over an hour a day and I've been eating very healthy, I've been stuck for awhile. Today I did half an hour on the treadmill and then 25 minutes on the elliptical. Then I came home and did 40 minutes of Turbo Jam. If that doesn't kick-start my weight loss I don't know what will!
