You are doing a great job! A slow moving scale isn't a bad thing- it gives us time to get used to the changes we have made and to make them permanent. I was frustrated sometimes and a little disappointed from time to time- for about 2 months I had weekly losses of .2, .3., etc....but it was moving in the right way every week, and that is what I celebrated! It took a year and a half....but I eventually shed 100 pounds and have maintained it for 3 months now. You are doing a great job! Enjoy the journey!!

Maybe you are replacing fat with muscle. That is could be why you lost inches (muscle take up less space than fat) but the scale didn't move. Keep working! emoticon

My scale is ridiculous. I can get it on and five mins later it says something else. I don't trust it at all. I measure now. And I keep on doing what I'm doing.

Sometimes we need to remember that the scale isn't always our only measure of success. There are so many other factors that go into our weight! I know exactly how you feel. I get so discouraged when I see the same numbers. But just remember your hard work WILL pay off in the end!

Keep it up! Good luck in reaching your goals.

One week slow, next week great. That is what happened to me. Maybe you could check what you are doing daliy and see if you can improve on exercising or eating... i always think there is space for improvement!
