Mmm veges. Well, first of all I switched over to Organic food this week..
The carrot was soooo sweet!! (which I bought in a local market from steve) - I happened to ask him. he mades 1000$ or 1500$ sales per day at market. Pretty good!
The fruit however.. (from some girls..) was "floury" if anyone knows that means.. I felt like.. I was eating pure fibre when eating the organic pear.. I actually did not like it! eep. I can get organic fruit elsewhere tho..
That being said tho.. we used to shop at 2 shops for our food, I don't really wanna increase that to five. It was such a positive experience to be part of the community tho, The organic store I went to... had a bread making class and everyone had to make some bread together hehe it was lovely..... Christchurch people are lovely.. infact.. I'd like to say.. most people in the world are lovely :)
Okay. So. hit a low 720 calories day before yesterday.. I found that very upsetting.
I have sort of figured out why.. tho, it's due to eating at funny times, and skipping lunch. Which I have done for about a year.
Same with breakfast this morning. I had one piece of grainy toast with cream cheese, porridge and a cut up pear... (organic) it took me a good 15 mins to eat it.... I find eating difficult for some reason. Perhaps just years of "I'm a big girl" has slowly worn into my subconscious to not eat much. But it was 500 calories and I am PROUD :D
I've never counted calories before, it's actually quite effective.
