A day off, went fishing. This a.m. Chiropractor checked my POSTURE at my request. I often am not certain if I stand straight or in good form. REASSURING. What my mama taught me is still there. No matter what your weight the positioning of ear over mid shoulder, hip and foot is correct.. Easier to breathe when standing straight. I will make a foam roller ball to help with the fibromyalgia muscle spasms. Spark points has a clear demonstrations on how to use the roller. Someone mentioned the use of tennis bails to reduce muscle tension. I have not found any in grandchildren toys so will look at garage sales. Not only on a weight diet but also on a budget diet.
