I nearly cracked - I let myself get too tired and tiredness is a killer and no doubt I will post that on many occasion.
I actually ended up not having my shake at lunch as I was not hungry! I didn't mean to miss it but one of the habits I wish to develop is to eat only when hungry.
Tonight's dinner is a filling one - it has to be because we are going cinema and I have to walk straight past the popcorn, sweets, ice cream and other bad for you food. Ooh pick 'n' mix!! So I am doing a kind of omelette with new potatoes and ham. The Spanish have a special name for something like it but I cannot do it like that as I burn it so it is pretty much ham omelette with potatoes.
Going to see Dark Shadows. I wasn't going to but decided my chances of falling asleep really early are zilch because I am now on a second wind. So will aim to get to bed once I get in and sleep though to 5.30am - I work long hours and start way too early for my health but it is not that stressful, but I do get tired and have to beware getting ill or pigging out on carbs.
So day 4 done and dusted - near enough. I can almost feel the sun on my skin of the holiday reward I shall be giving myself once I get to 17 stone (target date for that is my birthday: 23 September). Oh I shall do it, I shall, oh yes I shall
