June 6th will mark my 1st Sparkversary! I have 8 more lbs to lose to reach a 50lb loss. Very Exciting! I am still a work in progress, and there are several key components that I haven't been sticking to, so I am hoping to start my 2nd Spark Year off back on track.
I just unfolded my Action Steps for a review (to be honest I have not looked at them for a couple months) and I have done well in some areas and not so well in others. I don't feel discouraged though because overall I am pleased with the progress I have made. As I transition into the next phase of my journey I know I will have ups & downs, but there will be long term success no matter what each day or week looks like. I am looking forward to creating action steps & goals for the next 12 months.
In reviewing my goals from the past year I know I realize I need to be more consistent in tracking my food and keeping within the given ranges. I need to continue to improve my organizational skills, trust me, much improvement needed there! It would be nice not to have to spend an hour...or day...or week...etc...to try to find some missing item that "I know I put somewhere". On a positive note I am happy to share that I have pretty much given up caffienated beverages, having less than 1 or 2 per month. I also started juicing (after reaching a short term weight loss goal and fulfilling my "Buy a Juicer" reward). ***Love My Juicer*** :)
Now for the major accomplishment from my goals, I FINALLY graduated college with my BA in Liberal Studies and minors in Psychology and Behavioral Science, along with my substance abuse and MHRT-C certificates. I completed the honors program and graduated with an honors medallion, 1 of 8 in a graduation ceremony that had over 600 students. Good stuff for sure, I am a happy woman :)
Hope you all have a fabulous day, God Bless
