1. Lose 10 pounds
2. Only drink water
3. Read at least two chapters from the Bible every day
4. Walk three times a week
5. Zumba class once a week
6. Say one positive thing about myself every day
7. Track all my food
8. Write everyday (journal, blog, and books)
9. Attend church weekly
10. Weigh in weekly
