So Easy To Gain

As I mentioned last entry, last week I indulged in lots of sweets and treats. I knew I had gained weight and didn't really want to see the damage. On Tuesday, I weighed in and was up 4 pounds from the last time I weighed myself on May 5th. I gain weight so easily and it drives me crazy! All of my meals during the week were homecooked (fish, chicken, and veggies) and I worked out everyday. But the indulgences still made me put on 4 pounds. I've been eating well and exercising like always this week and I weighed myself yesterday and today and I'm still up those pesky 4 pounds! I can't imagine what would happen if I stopped working out or I let myself indulge for more than a week. Well, I'd probably be right back where I started 3 years ago.
Anyway, I'll keep plugging along!

But my favorite workout of the week was from an app called Workout Trainer. It was called Muscle Memory and it worked the entire body. Soooo many squats that my inner thighs are still feeling it today! I will definitely be doing it again!
We had our softball game last night and unfortunately our winning streak only lasted one game. We didn't play too badly but the other team played better. Here's Brian running to second!
