Workout:
Jillian Michael's Body Revolution-Cardio #1
10 minute walk with dog
30 minute Fast Blast class
My husband woke up early and made a delicious breakfast for both of us. Usually he is out the door by 5:45 or 6am, but I could definitely get used to him making us breakfast more often.
Breakfast:
1 flour tortilla
1 egg, 1 egg white
2 tablespoons shredded cheese
2-3 tablespoons turkey crumbles
1 1/2 cups coffee with 2 tablespoons sugar-free creamer
Morning Snacks:
10 pistachios
1 reduced-fat cheddar cheese stick
Lunch:
1 spinach & feta chicken burger
1 box Green Giant veggie medley
Afternoon Snacks:
5 almonds
5 pistachios
1 Pink Lady apple
Dinner:
Homemade Swedish meatballs
*3 turkey meatballs
*1/2 cup gravy
*1 cup whole wheat egg noodles
1/2 cup salad with 1 tablespoon light parmesan asiago dressing
1 slice garlic bread
Evening Snack:
1 ice cream cone
1/2 cup Sargento Camo (s'mores) ice cream
1/4 chocolate chip cookie
We went to my husband's grandparents for dinner so it was a different dinner than we had originally planned. Luckily my husband was in charge of dinner so the Swedish meatballs were lighter than they may have been otherwise.
