I went to bed around 11-ish last night, so today I woke up pretty early, around 5:30am, so I stayed in bed a bit more and then got up, feeling great, found a different 10 minute workout video and went for it.. it went well, I feel I worked better than yesterday and it didnt seem so difficult to just get up and do it.
With the daily exercise challenge I am also trying to implement some other changes, today I packed my lunch to work, I am not ready yet to do it every day but I think it will be good to do it little by little since it will definitely be healthier food (I love cooking), and also will save me money, which I need! I am feeling great so far, but I am a bit nervous cause tomorrow is when I weigh in, I havent done that in about two weeks and I know last week was not good, so maybe I wont have any changes even though I have been working harder. I shall see..
