21 Day Raw Cleanse

I have decided that after all of the holidays and celebrations that I have had to try to control my cravings through (and failed) I will try a 21 day raw food cleanse to show my body that it is strong and can do anything.
I'll keep everyone updated on how it goes and what I have been eating to fuel my weight loss and training. It will coincide with my spring gardening, so most of my protein will come from beans. No processed food for 21 days.
This will be an awesome test, because even though I am tracking things - there is obviously a flaw since I gained weight and now plateaued. Time for a challenge!
