Thursday, May 17, 2012

I always trying to do at least 10-min jump rope per session but I always failed, either because I'm too exhausted after doing strength exercises or I find myself running out of time.

So, yesterday, proud to say, I DID IT, 13 MINUTES OF JUMP ROPE, WooHoo!!!
It was several different jump rope combos in one session AND I got more than 1K :D

I also trying to start again jump rope in the morning, before I go to work. Yesterday, I did it but today, I couldn't as I had TOM cramps, uhuh. Now I keep bending my body now and then whenever the attacks come.
