Day 3 complete. 30 minutes of muscular structure and 30 minutes of Zumba. Tonight the kids even joined in. The kids added an extra element of challenge as they tried to crawl in-between my legs as I did the standing abs and the floor abs. Too funny. My husband even told me he was proud of me because it seemed like this time I was really making an effort. Good way to end the day.
