Baby Steps

I got up this morning and walked one mile with my dog, Lucy. I know what the next goal will be, NO MORE SONIC DRIVE-IN! It's my dirty little daily habit. And, taking my vitamins every day will be another goal. Also, to do ab crunches on my yoga ball until I work my way up to 2 minutes. But, I need to be consistent with my first 3 goals before I move on.
I feel really good about my goal process and I know that this will be the key to success.
I have a bigger picture in my mind of joining a gym and achieving my goal but to get there I will need to take many smaller steps. I'm excited about my next baby step.
