Today I worked my tucas off and then I ate like crap. Now I feel like crap....
FOOD:
BK ham, egg, cheese biscuit
Cheeseburger
french fries
Exercise:
Crossfit - row, pushups, knee's to elbows, jump ropes, squats, crunches
walked the dogs
Tomorrow I'm back on the wagon because feeling like this is not worth the fries. :(
