This has been a very long week already, and so I am SO glad that tomorrow is Thursday. I have a very long day scheduled - over 12 hours - and so I am looking even more forward to Friday.
Today I really just dropped the ball on choosing a decent breakfast or lunch. But I got back on track with a spinach salad and greek yogurt for supper and my evening snack. I learned alot. I can choose to eat crap food and the world will not end. But I won't feel well. And I am SO TIRED of being sick and tired. But I actually have a little bit of power over this - I see this now.
I am just a little bit under goal right now. I am doing laundry and cleaning a bit in my bedroom so I think I will make goal for the day. I really like this fuelband for keeping me motivated to move.
And tomorrow is another day.
