STILL NOT SMOKING!!!
Today I met a friend to go shopping and to the butcher. We went to Chili's for lunch. I had a 6oz sirloin steak and 2 sides of broccoli. We ordered dessert, a molten lava cake, and I had about 1/4 of it. I had 3 glasses of water while I was there!!
I had a banana for a snack around 4. We went to the gym and did a workout for Biceps. I did straight bar curl @50lbs, preacher curl @bar+10lbs, alternating dumbbell curls @20lbs, hammers @20lbs, and concentrations @15bs. Then we rowed, I rowed 2,511m, burned 130 calories. Then I walked on treadmill at different inclines and different speeds and burned 200 calories. My physical therapist told me I needed to try to ride the bike, that it would be good for my ankle. Well, I did for about 2 minutes and burned 10 calories, I was too worn out to do much on the bike. For dinner my husband made hamburger patties and peas. We ate them without buns and I also had a side of pickles.
Overall, I'm pretty happy with my diet and exercise today.
