So I'm doing couch to 5k...so far so good being day one, lol. I'm really trying to get down my eating habits. I've been experimenting with making green smoothies. So yummy! I never in a million years thought a smoothie made with spinach could taste good! I'm back to eating salads and more fruit. Cutting down on the meat.I'm trying my best to motivate myself by reading other people's stories and blogs and look at you tube channels dedicated to weight loss.
I'm going to lose this 15 pounds. I consider it DONE! Nothing will stop me. I have made up my mind to achieve something that I have always wanted to do. It is within my power and I am the one who can make it happen...watch out! Here I come!!!!!!!!!
