LET'S GO BOMBSHELLS!!!
I'm loving being a part of BLC 19! I've "met" some wonderful woman that have been supportive, friendly, comical, and overall
support when its come to my weight loss journey and well life in general.
Today, is weigh in day on BLC 19 and I'm
1.2 pounds from last week's weigh in!! I've been struggling the last few weeks juggling the same few pounds. I'm 6.5 pounds from ONEDERLAND and I couldn't be happier. I'm hoping I'll be there soon.
I originally had set a goal (May 18) date to be under 200 by. However, I realized that set goaling dates just really bum me out. I feel defeated if I don't hit my goal by the set date. So, I've just gone back to focusing on what I'm doing food and exercise wise and not stressing over a date.
One of my wonderful team mates CARBJUNKIE83 has been posting VLOGS the last week or so. I love watching them and hearing about her adventures in life and weight loss. I decided last night that I wanted to do the same thing. After spending a good portion of today trying to get everything in order with the drivers on my laptop I'm one step closer to making a VLOG! I'm going on Amazon tomorrow and ordering a headset microphone. Then hopefully the middle of next week I'll be able to make my first VLOG!
The other focus of the week is to get to the grocery store for the upcoming weekend challenge for BLC. I need to buy a few more veggies that I don't have in the house. I've not been a big veggie eater my entire life. When I was younger the only veggies my mom could get me to eat were potatoes, lettuce, carrots, corn, and green beans.
Now, that I'm an adult I can add brocolli, red peppers, sweet potatoes, and asparagus to my list of veggies that I enjoy. However, there are still some that you couldn't get me to touch with a 10 foot pole -- BRUSSEL SPROUTS and TOMATOES!! YUCK!!
