blah, blah, blah............ it is so humid I can cut the air with a knife. Went to the doctors - felt fine before I got there but now am blah........... We are going to cut out one of my meds which I agree with and am happy about, but now I am not sure about it.

I finally went for a walk today - had to really force myself. Don't feel real well - can you tell? Anyway, want to eat ANYTHING but healthy. Tough day. Even getting blah about Sparking, but want to get the points so here I am
