So what is more important, eating something that makes my waist larger or getting to look a little more like the me at Graduation from High School instead of like my aunt, who I loved but do I want to look like her?
I got a blender and am going to shop at the local market to get fresh fruits plus plain yogurt to relieve my taste for cold sweet. But it has to replace a meal.
I cannot add any more calories to my plan...
I even got some cocoa powder to add when I am craving chocolate.
But I will not use milk because that adds calories too.
So fruit, Ice, maybe some nut butters instead of a meal.... count the calories and eat it slowly. Any more Ideas. the fake ice creams just do not do it for me... I just want 500 calories worth.
