I realize yesterday's blog post was not very positive. That just goes with the territory of the ups and downs of life I guess.
Today the sun is shining and I made myself get on the elliptical for 30 minutes as well as do 20 minutes of strength training. This is my TNT (tight 'n tone) for the BLC19 since I most likely won't get to this tomorrow. I was losing steam 1/2 way through my elliptical workout today, but I pressed on and finished. I want to be able to build my stamina up so that I can move up to the Intermediate 2 level program on my elliptical. I just need to keep doing it and I will get there. I've done it before and I will do it again.
For those losing steam or those of you who are just discouraged, my advice is to try something new. A new exercise, a new healthy snack or meal, maybe even a different schedule. I am toying around with all of these things to help jump-start myself on a better road to getting fit and healthy. No time like the present to make that change!
