It seems when I try to think about this diet thing as a whole I get overwelmed and just give up so I am going to try a new approach. I am going to give myself small goals. The first are to drink my water and not eat out so much for lunch at work. Gonna focus on those first 10 pounds. Doing ok so far. If I could just get rid of the sugar cravings....any suggestions are welcome.
