Since I restarted my weight loss journey, I've been rather reluctant to get on the scale. We have one at home, but it is woefully inaccurate. With a few days of watching what I eat and exercising (some), I decided to finally take the leap ... onto the scale at the YMCA. So, it's official. Starting weight is 186. My goal ... to never see that number (or anything above it) again!
