Well, this last week has been not-so-great for weight loss. I've lost and gained the same pound back 3 times, haven't been drinking water, haven't been exercising. Today I am simply grateful to be back down to my "5 pounds lost" point.

And I'm definitely drinking more water today.

My new grad school class started last week: Epidemiology for Health Communicators. It's fascinating, but adds several more hours of desk-type work to my schedule -- although as I wrote that, I flashed back to walking on the treadmill while reading the lectures. (It's an online class.) I can do that. I don't walk fast when I do that, but it's better than sitting on my butt!

I didn't get to yoga the last two weeks either, due to fatigue and work schedule. To make matters worse, one of my "special goals" is to stretch at least 5 minutes a day. I haven't been doing that either.

Thank goodness for trackers and log in points! They keep me coming back to SP and reminding me what my goals are and that it's a long journey but I'm not alone!

    Is it possible to get up five minutes earlier to fit your stretches in at least? I find that I need to do something exercise-wise first thing each morning, or my whole day goes pear-shaped and I don't get any done at all.
