The article led me to other articles and I'm still trying to read them. My eating is out of control and I need to take that control back. It's a psychological problem. I'm trying to wean out sweets. Not 100 percent but daily binges are not OK. Having a small bite leads to bigger ones. I need to grow my strength, my will power, my desire to succeed. It's not an easy process. I know I can do it. I've done it before. Getting started is the challenge.
Right now I'm not working so I have time to exercise and obsess over what goes in my body.
However, I'm stressed. We are living with my sister (6 in my fan and 3 in hers) in a 3 bedroom house. It's tight. It's been 9 weeks going on 10. Trying to keep 4 kids quiet in the boring while getting ready for school is not an easy task. We have an application in on our own place and are waiting to hear if we are approved. We are all ready for us to move!

did 100 Jumping jacks
am going to try to tame my sugar monster
am going to track my food
Don't know about that shake but yeah....true story....
