So I joined the challenge to do 10 minutes of exercise at least five days a week for four weeks. I started looking for videos in here that I could start with, I found Coach Nicole´s 10 minutes kickboxing workout video. I know 10 minutes is not much, but as I finished doing it, I realized how unfit I currently am, I was so tired and out of breath I couldnt believe it. Seeing as fortunately I am a very positive person, this just encourages me to do more every day until I feel the difference. But I still feel quite surprised about it.
I guess living in denial is pretty easy, specially when it has been going on for a long time, but I think I am changing my mentality this time, and I truly believe a small step is better than no step at all, so hopefully, with a little bit of patience and of course a little help of my friends (old ones and new ones I will make here), it will all just go great!!
