It amazes me that a one day slip up can have such a major effect on the scale. I gained about 3 pounds over the weekend, and yes i know it can be for a million different reasons but i feel like its because of my eating habits. I really need to stay on top of tracking my food because those calories can add up super quick without me even realizing it. Saw a new trainer in the gym today and god did she kick my butt. I felt like such a whiny little baby on the treadmill my shins were killing me and then in the weightroom i got horrible cramps out of nowhere. This lady probably thought i was such a slacker but it sucks when your body doesnt want to cooperate. Oh well just a little rant and rave had to get it out of my system... MOVING ON!!!
