It amazes me that a one day slip up can have such a major effect on the scale. I gained about 3 pounds over the weekend, and yes i know it can be for a million different reasons but i feel like its because of my eating habits. I really need to stay on top of tracking my food because those calories can add up super quick without me even realizing it. Saw a new trainer in the gym today and god did she kick my butt. I felt like such a whiny little baby on the treadmill my shins were killing me and then in the weightroom i got horrible cramps out of nowhere. This lady probably thought i was such a slacker but it sucks when your body doesnt want to cooperate. Oh well just a little rant and rave had to get it out of my system... MOVING ON!!!

    I totally hear you about poor eating habits. That is my downfall! I'm so bad about counting calories, lot's of people have trouble with it. But if we can conquer that, it seems the rest would be fairly simple lol. You can do it! Congrats on your new trainer, that's great! Soon hopefully you wont be in so much pain emoticon
