Today has been a great day! I slept good, I woke up in a good mood and ready to get stuff done. I mean I had my kitchen cleaned,swept and then Vacuumed my living room before breakfast. But it felt good cause I was able to enjoy my coffee and breakfast with out thinking "bah,after this I have to clean"
I had great will Power today. My husband and Room mate ordered Pizza and I had 1 slice and that was it. I didn't think twice about having another. INFACT when I got hungry a little later I went in the fridge and made myself a nice salad.
SUUURE I could have just grabbed another slice of pizza but Nope....I was happy with my 1 slice.
So after Hubby went to bed I went for a walk but on my walk I felt like my energy level was to low to do any real Cardio. So I didn't do my speed walk of doom or try jogging. The way I see it....I'm walking my mile and regardless if it's at my normal walking pace or my speed walk of doom...At least I'm off my couch and exercising. I could have easily said "eh i have no energy I'll do it tomorrow"....But I'm working on No excuses!
Although,When I got home I did feel like I could do some light toning exercises. I must say...My arms look thinner! I'm not going to measure....I want to be surprised when its Measurement week. But I tell ya, I feel changes!
Ok well I have nothing else to report. I hope you all stayed motivated today and kept to your goals. I'm rooting for all of you.
