A week from today we will be in Palm Beach!! I just can't wait, but we have so many things to finish before we board that plane.

We get our grandkids every other weekend, and this weekend is it!! We are not going to see them for almost a month, so although we are excited about the vacation sad that we won't see them. :(

My older sister had her knee replaced at the beginning of May, and although her knee is better, she has been having trouble eating and today she was so nauseated that she didn't know what to do. . (in my opinion and no one cares about my opinion she hasn't been eating and taking pain pills so she is all stopped up) I tried to give her some health answers, but as she is a LPN she doesn't think anyone knows but even though I have more Nursing classes and a longer work history than she . but oh well.

I told her while we were going to Memphis we would stop by and try to help her for 2 days. she hasn't been able to get her bed changed and when you are in the bed all the time I am sure it will feel good to freshen it up

I have weighed our luggage and it is way under the 45 lb limit. So that is a good thing.

This sure sounds like a whine rather than an excitment blog, ,sorry. I am so excited but really have way to much to do.

I did my 1st 5 k yesterday. It really wasn't hard, but today my knee ( the one I had replaced) has swollen up more than it has in the last 3 years. I have iced it and am resting today, but I have to get busy tomorrow getting back into shape for all those walks on the beach.

A few blogs ago, I was complaining about the bathing suit body, but since I have found one that almost hids all that I want to hid. I think I can hid the rest with a cover up and a scarf. It has been so long since a scarf would fit around my waist. . .excitement yessss


This is where you will find me for the next 3 weeks. . of course after my daily walk and shell hunting. can't wait, but the weather looks like it may rain a lot while we are there. but it won't rain all day long so that is okay
