Recovery & Pole Dancing

So, as you may have known from my previous blog, I have been sick for about 2 weeks. As of today, I am just beginning to feel better; very very minor cough now. I think everything else has disappeared.

Anywho, I started another pole dancing class at a different studio tonight; it was fun, refreshing, and new (as I have not poled in 5 months). This studio taught flowing transitions from one to the next & training, where as the studio I went to for (about) 2 years focused on cardio, new spins, and training. Now that I think about it, I think it was because I was in a beginner's class tonight (giggles)

But it is a lot of fun, and I highly recommend it for anyone, yes that means guys too. So pole dancing, along with kickboxing, soon to be yoga, and SP's 4 week BootCamp challenge, I think I'm going to reach and achieve me goal for the summer. Yay! :)
