Breakfast. WINNING!!!! I did it! I!!! Made waffles!!! (said like Tom Hanks lol). Made waffles from Jen's Gone Paleo again, after my failed attempt yesterday. It WORKED! Turns out I just overloaded my waffle maker... and forgot to grease it. Lol! Anyway... yeah they look weird because they're green, but they are DELICIOUS! Lunch. Salad from Which Wich... aka THE BACONATER!!!!! Apparently they got happy with the bacon today... lol!!!!
Dinner... um... was a WOD. LOL! I wasn't hungry after lunch, so I skipped dinner tonight :)
Today's WOD consisted of:
3 rounds of 10 reps:
Samson Stretch (10 seconds each leg)
GHD sit ups
-Rest 3:00 between runs
-10 Burpee Penalty for every :10 you are off 1st run time
5×10 Weighted Back Extensions
Personal times: 4:35, 4:40, 4:40. NO BURPEES FOR ME! YAY! Good thing because I did like 40 yesterday lol!!
