Ate way too much today. Celebrated Alexis' birthday with family-her choice was Outback. I did okay with my meal, but I shared the appetizer and had dessert. Oh well. It was delicious!
Got in 45 minutes total fitness minutes today. Planning on a couple hours for tomorrow. Make it a great day!
Goals for tomorrow:
80+ oz water
AM workout: 30 min cardio
Midday workout: 10-20 minutes cardio
PM workout: RBR
