Life never seems to slow down for me. It's a fact that I am going to have to learn to live (healthily) with. got to get out tonight for a run. It was short, and none to fast, but per my Garmin (have I mentioned how I LOVE him?), I got in a solid HARD twenty minute workout. Tomorrow, I will try to get in an abs class...and maybe a short run, we'll see. The other personal goal will be to get a Dr appt to get my medication changed. I know that once I get to sleeping well again, I will handle stresses easier and will have more energy to workout like I should and the weight will begin coming off again. In the meantime, I will not give in and will continue to keep putting one foot in front of the other. It's all a matter of setting goals and moving in the right direction to achieve them. Slow and steady.....I will win this!
