Green Velvet Vegetable Salad, EfH vol. 2

This salad is the most colorful and flavorful salad imaginable. It's not much trouble to make, either, once you have all the ingredients in your house. In my case, I had to gather in some sprouts: broccoli sprouts and alfalfa sprouts, a red bell pepper, and some fresh parsley, but everything else was already in my fridge or in my pantry. I used dried dill rather than fresh in the dressing because I like it just as well.
